Pressure regulators are critical to achieving uniform and efficient sprinkler irrigation. They maintain a constant outlet pressure to provide uniform depth of water and chemical application. While regulators are not new, we’ve spent years in development on the new All-Flo pressure regulator to increase capacity and accuracy, and reduce plugging.

Accuracy

  • The large diaphragm of the All-Flo means less force is required for the regulator to make small adjustments. That means better accuracy, and in turn, better uniformity.

Reduced Plugging

Plugging can have significant impact on crop yield. A single plugged sprinkler at the end of the machine can be responsible for 2 acres. It is one of the main maintenance issues that irrigators are constantly chasing.

  • Offset seat is out of the flow path, which minimizes the amount of area in contact with the flow path. It also has a steep slope, to allow debris to slide off the seat.
  • Patented, angled plunger decreases for potential for plugging.

Flow Capacity

  • The large, angled plunger is significantly larger than any other regulator in the industry – 52% more area.
  • Wide flow range covers the entire pivot sprinkler nozzle range: 0.5-20 gpm
  • The increased flow capacity eliminates the need for special high flow regulator, and therefore reduces system cost.

Save Energy

  • The All-Flo requires a minimum of 5 psi over the nominal pressure to maintain an accurate pressure (compared to 7 psi for competitive regulators).
  • This allows a lower system operating pressure, which saves on pumping costs.

Connections

  • 3/4" FNPT x 3/4" FNPT
  • 3/4" FNPT x Square Thread (for 3000 and 3030 Series Pivot Sprinklers)

Nominal pressure ratings

  • 6 psi (0.4 bar) / 10 psi (0.7 bar) / 15 psi (1.0 bar) / 20 psi (1.4 bar) / 25 psi (1.7 bar) / 30 psi (2.1 bar) / 40 psi (2.8 bar) / 50 psi (3.4 bar)

Always maintain an inlet pressure of at least 5 psi more than the nominal pressure rating.
